Rebbe Hershele Lisker (רבי הערשעלע ליסקער), also known as Zvi Hirsh Friedmann (צבי הירש פרידמאן), or the renowned author of the Ach Pri Tevu'ah (אך פרי תבואה), was among the great hasidic leaders, and his teachings continue to influence his followers to this day. A disciple of the esteemed Teitelbaum Moshe zt"l (משה טייטלבוים זצ״ל), known as the Yismach Moshe (ישמח משה), the Rebbe was enriched with profound Torah and Hasidic insights. This bond between disciple and teacher continues to thrive in Hasidic circles, especially among the Satmar community, which honors the memories of both Teitelbaum and Rebbe Hershele Lisker.
